Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. If a prescription is not approved following your consultation, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order or that a safe delivery location is agreed. We cannot be held liable for medicines left unattended at an address you have provided.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines under UK pharmacy law.
Non-prescription products may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
